Two Pillars Protocol · Evaluation
How much of your org’s software is run, gated and validated by other software? List the AI tools you depend on, and rate how far back to manual you’d fall if each vanished. The reversion cost is the measure.
List the ones that matter — name it, and drop a GitHub link if it is open source. Add at least 3.
Asking an organization directly whether it treats meta-software with extra rigor almost always returns “yes”. The question saturates. Asking by subtraction — what reverts to manual if a tool disappears — grades depth behaviourally and is much harder to inflate.
One honest caveat: the deepest level (“we couldn’t reconstruct it”) reflects dependence and fragility as much as maturity. The full Two Pillars Protocol scores that exposure as a separate dimension.
